Donations to Individuals FabJob has received thousands of requests from people asking for free FabJob guides. As a for-profit business, FabJob does not provide free FabJob career guides to individuals unless specific conditions are met. If you want a free FabJob career guide, your options are:
We now give the guide Prostate Cancer Treatment and Healing free (click on the link). Please spread the word to anyone you know who has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Donations to Nonprofit Organizations Donations of Dream Careers We are happy to donate 100 or more copies of our popular book Dream Careers to nonprofit organizations that are assisting needy individuals to find employment. For example, FabJob recently donated 2,000 copies of Dream Careers to Working Wardrobes, a California based nonprofit which helps men and women in crisis re-enter the workforce. We provide free copies of the book to registered nonprofit organizations that will provide a donor receipt. The organization must cover the cost of shipping and we also ask for acknowledgement of FabJob.com, e.g. in your newsletter. To request a donation of 100 or more free copies of Dream Careers for your nonprofit organization, please use the form below. Donations of Other FabJob Guides and FabJob Gift Cards FabJob is happy to consider requests for donations of FabJob guides and FabJob gift cards as door prizes for live charity events such as fundraising dinners. We will also consider donating copies of our book Dream Careers for gift bags for all attendees.
Please use the form below to ask us what you want, and include some information about your organization and event. We are especially eager to support organizations that work for children, the environment, or helping people in need. Financial Donations FabJob has donated a scholarship to the Calgary Academy and donates two annual scholarships to the University of Calgary (FabJob.com Graduate Award for Technology in Communications, George and Terry Goulet Award in Canadian History). We support independent book publishing by providing funding for the Next Generation Indie Book Awards (we paid for 10 FabJobbers in 5 North American cities to provide services ranging from administrative assistance to marketing and design for the 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 indie book awards). From time to time we also donate proceeds of guide sales to specific charities, as we have done with the Red Cross Hurricane Katrina Disaster Relief Fund, the New York Firefighters 9-11 Disaster Relief Fund, the Children's Burn Foundation, and the Laughter Heals Foundation. Use the form below to send us some details, and we can follow up from there. Please note that we make financial donations to registered charities only. FabJob.com donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each guide to planting trees and protecting the world's rain forests. (See thank you letters on this page.) Please use the form below to contact us. If you are writing on behalf of an organization, make sure you include enough details so we can forward it to the appropriate person. Please note: we can only consider requests from an email address containing the domain of the organization making the request (e.g. donations@registeredcharity.com). We regret we cannot accept requests from organizations using free emails such as Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. as we cannot verify that the request comes from a registered charity. This

Rainforest Foundation. We are delighted to hear that FabJob is so committed
to protecting the rainforests of the world. Thank you so much for your contribution
to our Global ReLeaf Campaign. We are grateful to have generous friends
like you, whose gifts allow American Forests to restore our country's forests
to more healthy, sustainable conditions. (For FabJob's 2007 donation,
American Forests is planting 250 trees.) Thank you all at FabJob Inc. for
choosing to donate to the Rainforest Foundation monthly (for ongoing
protection of acres of rainforest) as well as for your kind one off
donation
(for a GPS for an indigenous community). Regular donations
are particularly helpful to us as they enable us to plan ahead and develop
our projects in the long-term. In offering this donation, you will be continuing
to support our work to improve the lives of indigenous communities and
thereby helping us to protect the rainforests for future generations. As international attention increasingly
focuses on the role of forests in climate change the importance and impact
of our work can only increase. Without you, we could not have achieved
all this and our vital work could not continue. Thank you to all at FabJob
